I am very pleased to comment on the very excellent service I have received over a number of years on behalf of my Aunt’s affairs, for whom I have Power of Attorney. Mrs Sarah Williams has a very friendly association with me and attends to my queries in an excellent straight forward manner, particularly for a lay person. Her telephone manner is likewise and always responds very promptly to requests and conversations as well as messages left on answer phone . Advice is always forthcoming when requests are made. I am kept well informed with the issue of Portfolio Valuations and am visited annually by Mrs Williams to discuss and business, when I provide her with the financial state of affairs and am consequently, then advised regarding actions which need to be taken to keep the finances under control.

I could not wish for a better Representative on behalf of Vision, who manage my Aunt’s investments , Mrs Williams is a friendly , competent professional lady, I could not expect a better association.
